Who we are. Legal business name, street address, Milwaukee, WI ZIP. Questions: nathaniel@computerbell.com, phone number.
What this page collects: nothing. There is no analytics, no advertising pixel, no session recording and no account. The box at the bottom does not send anything anywhere — it opens a draft in your own email program, and nothing reaches us until you press send in that program.
What loads from other companies. The typefaces come from Google Fonts and the 3D library comes from jsDelivr. To deliver those files, those companies receive your IP address and basic browser information. We have no control over what they log. See Google's privacy policy and jsDelivr's.
If you email us. We keep your message and contact details so we can reply, and if you become a customer, to run your service and keep our books. We do not sell it, rent it, or hand it to advertisers.
If you become a customer. Running the service means handling your callers' names, phone numbers, what they called about, and the job details you already hold — plus call recordings and transcripts where you have them switched on. We use that only to run your service. We keep it for how long, e.g. 24 months and delete it sooner if you ask. The companies we use to do it: list every one, e.g. Google Workspace, Retell AI, your phone provider.
Your choices. Email us to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, and we will do it within 30 days. We will not treat you differently for asking.
Children. This service is for businesses. It is not for anyone under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes. If this policy changes we will change the date here and, for customers, email you first. Last updated date.
Cookies
This page sets no cookies. Nothing is stored in your browser — no cookies, no local storage, no fingerprinting — so there is no consent banner to click. Blocking cookies will not change how this page works.
The only requests that leave this page go to Google Fonts and jsDelivr for the fonts and the 3D library, as described under Privacy. They are needed to draw the page, and they do not set cookies here.
If we ever add analytics or anything else that is not strictly necessary, a consent banner will appear first and this section will change.
Terms and conditions
Who you are dealing with. Legal business name ("we"), address. By buying the service you agree to what is below.
What the service is. An AI assistant that answers calls you cannot take, and the office follow-ups described on this page. It tells every caller it is an AI assistant in its first sentence. It is software, not an employee, and not a person.
It is not an emergency service. It cannot dispatch help. For gas, fire, medical or any other emergency it tells the caller to hang up and call 911. You stay responsible for your own licensing, your response times and the work itself.
Price and billing. Prices are in US dollars, per month, plus any sales tax. The first week is free. After that we bill monthly on the same date, and it renews automatically until you cancel. We will email you before any price change and you can cancel instead.
Cancelling. One email to nathaniel@computerbell.com cancels it — no phone call, no form, no notice period. See Refunds.
Your side. You confirm you may share your customers' details with us. You agree not to use the service for outbound AI calls, robocalls, or cold texts, and to follow the TCPA, CAN-SPAM and your state's rules on call recording and consent — some states need every caller told the call is recorded. You keep ownership of your data.
Our side. We will run it with reasonable care. We do not promise it will never miss a call: it depends on your phone carrier, your internet and services we buy from other companies. We are not liable for lost profit or lost business, and whatever happens, our total liability is capped at what you paid us in the 3 months before the problem.
No promise of results. Nothing on this page is a guarantee of bookings, revenue or ranking. The calculator is arithmetic on numbers you type in, not a forecast.
Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, and any dispute goes to the courts of county County, Wisconsin.
Changes. We will give customers 30 days' notice by email before changing these terms.
Refunds and cancellation
The first week is free. If you cancel during it, you pay nothing and there is nothing to refund.
Cancel any time. Email us and we stop the service and the billing. There is no contract and no cancellation fee.
What you get back. Cancel and we do not bill you again. The month you are already in is not refunded, because the service ran. If we billed you in error, or the service was down for more than 48 hours in a month and we could not fix it, email us and we refund that month in full.
Setup work. Where a setup fee applies it is refundable in full until we start building, and not after that, because it pays for work already done.
How refunds arrive. Back to the card or account you paid from, within 10 business days.
Accessibility
We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA. This page works with a keyboard alone, respects "reduce motion", carries visible focus outlines, and the moving phone is marked decorative for screen readers with a live text description of each call beside it.
If something here does not work for you, email nathaniel@computerbell.com and we will fix it and get you the same information another way.
Images and credits
Every graphic on this page — the bell, the phone, the icons, the charts — was drawn for this site as code. There are no stock photographs and no third-party images, so there is nothing here that belongs to somebody else.
Typefaces: Big Shoulders Display, Geist, Inter and JetBrains Mono, all served by Google Fonts under the SIL Open Font License. The 3D rendering uses three.js (MIT licence).
